I have no idea why our balance was due 10 weeks before we leave. I only have a tax invoice for the amount we have paid so far (half the amount) I have sent yet another email asking why it is not due 7 weeks prior.
The only correspondance I have had with the agent is through email. I have tried contacting by phone but with no luck. The sent an email 2 weeks ago to request final payment amount and have sent another 2 emails since with no reply. This is unusual as replies are usually very quick. We haven't paid any travel insurance yet as that was to be paid with the final amount !
Hopefully I will hear back soon .........
