Please do a search as I have commented about this in detail within the last 2 weeks. A search on my name may be easier than on Melasti as there is also a Melasti Beach Resort which has 100's of postings.
They are basic, but although I didn't stay there, my friends did and I visited them while there. They had 2 kids and were also with a few other families. They think the MBB is very good for the price. It is in a great location and although I don't think it has direct beach access, you can go through the hotel next door.
The rooms are dated and things are looking a little warn, however I like the atmosphere. Please ask if you have any other questions (although my knowledge is limited).
