We DO call back...if specials are introduced we ensure that clients who are pre-booked have reservations changed to give them advantage of cost-savings.
And...as for the "Price-Match" bit...it's so easy when someone else has done ALL the work in advising the client, obtaining initial quotes etc.. for another agent to "knock-off" a few "bucks"!
Only thing I say to you is...before you take the CHEAPEST price...is "do you buy your Meat from the Baker??????" In most cases, there is "no such thing as a free lunch"! Better to stick with the professionals who can advise you correctly and who have local "on-the-ground" back-up support.
Bet if you're in Bali and need assistance you won't have an Australian telephone number to call for your "Chain Agency Consultant"! All of our personalised Itineraries carry Office/Home/Personal Mobile Numbers for 24-Hour emergency support.
The Ansett Tax finishes tonight and, over the next weeks, we will be amending Invoices for ALL of our un-ticketed clients to reflect this reduction as we have with those booked in periods during which Garuda Indonesia has introduced Special Airfares (subject, of course, to availability in the necessary sub-class).
We have a lot of "forumites" who can verify personally the difference in levels of service provided by "true professionals" with a genuine love for Bali and its people.
