Refunds from Travel Agents.

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know the policy for refunds ? we have paid for half our holiday, rest is due tomorrow and no tickets have been issued .. are we entitled to a full refund on the amount we have paid?????????

Don't worry, we are still booking, just with another agent. But I want to check before I book !
