there are lot monkey forests in Bali, the large is in Sangeh. located at North of Badung about 45 from Kuta. The monkey is aggresive and wild but they bit more calm.
The second is in Ubud called Ubud Wanara Wana, located in south of Ubud with calm monkey this is a nice forest for relax with the monkey
The third is Alas Kedaton, located at Tabanan regency about 1 hour from Kuta, a large forest with tradional tour guide.
Other of that is at Uluwatu temple,
Puncaksari near Bedugul on the way to Buleleng, the monkey stay along the street but not wild,
Mekori temple located at Tabanan regency near Pupuan this a small forest with temple an monkey. Have been there before in the night, some monkey coming out.
Pulaki, this a temple at Buleleng regency at west of Buleleng. Not lots monkey alive there.
