cover yourself in Aeroguard or Rid, or whatever you use, at dawn and dusk and you should be ok. Some people cover up in long clothes, but you are going to be very hot! I also buy some fly spray whilst over there and at night time spray around the doors and windows - this may be going a little too far, for some, but my husband got a pretty bad case of malaria from staying in Legian 4yrs ago and we just take a few little extra precautions now.
