our Website and all that wasn't sent personally to David whenever I could get onto Internet. At times the connections were desperately slow and it is possible that I may have inadvertently erased your enquiry with some of the "junk" emails which were (as they do each day) pouring in.
Had I intercepted your mail, I would have responded personally - as I did to many - from Bali and forwarded it on to David in the office for his immediate attention.
