Your post does not state where you will be at night. If you are only going to be in Kuta, Sanur, Dusa Dua, Ubud, Candidasa, Amed, and other places on the COAST the answer is NO. If you will be spending the night in Bedugul, Candikuning, Kintamani or other location which are at elevation then you do need something warm because IT GETS COLD AT THESE PLACES AT NIGHT. But you do NOT need long-sleeves for MOSQUITO protection anywhere on Bali.
