Although I don't recognise the "nic" - "capricorn" - I can only say that, on behalf of David and myself, the greatest personal joy we can possibly receive is to know that our efforts have helped a client to achieve a truly memorable holiday in our beautiful "Isle of Smiles".
The last Months since October 2002 have been particularly difficult for us - the refunds draining our Bank Account and then, when we thought we were beginning to get "back on top" we find that SARS has virtually "grounded" the 22 buses in our Associate Office's Bali Fleet from which we depended on Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan for our bulk business!
Your words of encouragement are greatly appreciated by both David and myself here in Adelaide - Robert and Gavin in our Darwin Office - and Joni and our magnificent "team" in Bali!
Let's hope that together we can make this year's "Bali Experience" to be your VERY BEST EVER!!
