We booked our 13.5 night Bali Holiday through Golden Bali Travel in Adelaide. When we booked, we had no pressure from Les or David about where to stay, the hotel was our choice and David has kept in constant contact with us about every detail, we must have driven him mad with the changes we made for weeks now and it has not fazed him at all, I have phoned almost daily with questions about safety issues, and picked his brain about what it was like when he was there a couple of weeks ago. Both Les and David have been very patient with us and have been more than satisfied that they are the best Travel Agent to book through. Being our 9th trip to Bali, we have only used G.B.T. for the second time, last year also, and our holiday has never run more smoothly than last year, and we anticipate the same for this year. They provide letters of introduction, a list of preferred restaurants and of course loads of info to use once we get there.
