I have found that generally the normal amount of exercise one undertakes to enjoy Bali, mixed with the heat and reasonably sensible eating, will see you stay in pretty good shape.
Recommend the delicious lassis - a milk/ yoghurt based fruit drink like a milkshake (with strawberries or mango the best). Would think they'd be good for you.
