FIRST TIME

Hi, I am travelling to Bali on 12th April from the UK for the first time and was
wondering about the following;

1. Is it best to take USD travellers chqs or sterling,
is it easy to change them and will I need Rupiah?

2. Also has anyone flown Garuda from the UK, do you know the flying time and what
are they like? Apparently its direct is this true.

3. Was wondering about the Credit Card, and reading some of the comments was a
bit worried about using it any thoughts?
