Rode up to Legian Garden for breakfast, wondering how tough skin really is, as we did 60kmh up the beach road, wearing things, shorts and singlet (as you do). Had noodles, eggs, banana pancakes, juice (12,500 each). No lunch for us.
went to the bead shop and bought heaps of beads for my daughter. Lazed around the pool, sunbaking, reading.
Went to Melasti Salon and Spa (melasti Beach Resort) and had thre massage ans body scrub. 2 hours- massage, body scrub is invigorating thought i would be white when i looked in the mirror, then relaxing bath with rose petals MMMMMM. 150,000 plus tax.
Went to the beach for a drink. Talked to some aussies- no one from the forum there.
Went to Indo-National for dinner. Ian (hubby) had the chilli crab, I had the baked chicken and a few drinks. 72,000 total. Where else can you get a fantastic meal for a total of $14. I love this place BUT I will have to go back on my diet when I return.
We have eaten at a different place every night. Allk have been good. We ate at the Indo-national twice. Food both times was great. Told someone to go there but they said the steak was not good.
looking forward to the parade tomorrow afternoon. Some of the Ogoh-Ogoh (statues) are fantastic. The tourists are the judges. There will be 13 in the kuta one.
