Sanur is still a good option. Not every part of the beach is affected bij the construction, try Puri Santria or the Santrian club, their beach is still good (calm waters). If you love white-sand-clear-water beaches you must try the beaches of Bukit peninsula like: Nyang-Nyang (at low-tide very romantic natural-stone baths, very beautiful and secluded), Padang-padang, Bingin, Suluban, Belangan, Geger etc. look for them in the net with google !!!
