No Lulu, unfortunately in this world you don't anything for nothing, I guess we can wish and dream!
But since you asked i will put the record straight, it was the way SM consultant left me in limbo with my quote, so i guess it was a misunderstanding, miscommunication, I am not too clear as to why, I think she left the company or something like that, and unfortunately Aileen or John had no idea about the situation, (I thought they did) but as soon as they did know about it they were able to put the whole matter to rest. I realized that this could happen anywhere.
Sorry to say i wasn't the only one saying negative stuff, but since you remember me, I do recall posting an apology on the forum somewhere, and saying who we booked with, so it was no secret.
(seems we all cop it on this forum at some time or another)
I will let you know we did go through with our booking and booked and paid the same price as everyone else for our last holiday to Bali.
I was extremely happy at the way we were looked after and the way the Bali Office also looked after us, and would definitely use them again.
I do believe in positives too, I did send a lovely letter to Qantas in regards to our exceptional service from their cabin crew on the flight going from Sydney to Bali.
So in answer to your question, I guess we are all entitled to have a change of heart, I used them and was extremely happy so I am sharing that.(isn't that what the forum is all about)
(I guess we are all entitled to change our minds, just like we have done with the outcome of Bali Hai, yes you got it Bali wouldn't be Bali without Bali Hai, I guess that's what giving people a 2nd chance is all about!)
