Getting things delivered to my door isn't actually a bonus for me. I live alone and work full time. It's actually more of a hassle to have to worry about that kinda thing, cuz I'm usually not home, then have to chase them up at the post office etc.
Works out easier for me to be able to call in somewhere and pick my tickets up when I'm able to. That's just a personal thing though. For a lot of people having the tickets delivered to your door would be a big bonus. :-)
