Booking with San Michele, in a way I find it easier to book via internet or phone. You get straight through and they spend time with you, unlike travel agents that get disturbed. I even noticed the tickets come much quicker and delivered right to your door, saved heaps of time for me.
I guess its a personal choice, Enjoy your holiday whatever you choose.
