If you love completely mediocre attempts at western food, with an admittedly nice view, go by all means.
But - 15/20 minutes from Tuban depends on the traffic. It's possible but unlikely. After the boom-boom Bali thing there seems to be more traffic than usual...mainly distraught, money-hungry Balinese trying to figure out where their next ("free") meal is gonna come from. And how to pay the next instalment for their motorbikes. Whizzing around like crazed bees after their hives have been disturbed. Still smiling all the time, though (unless you turn around and look again).
Anybody who categorically claims this place is anything more the usual run of the mill poor attempt at cooking something presentable deserves to become Balinese.
