But the article only tells part of the picture. The full story is a pretty complex one and while I personally would love to see Saddam's head on a pike and even wish to be again capable of doing so, the motives of good old G dubbya B are suspect to say the least.
The US and coalition were in a position to settle this issue for once and all but Dubbya's father went to water and did not have the fortitude to continue the slaughter of the Iraq's in order to complete the task. This humanitarian gesture has come back to haunt the West and has led to the situation that we face today. ( well in part anyway)
