My memory of comments about Bali Hai on this Forum is that they have nearly always been in favour of them. A check on the Archives will easy confirm that.
You get one negative report and everybody comes out of the woodwork like jackals.
Even Karen admits to having been impressed enough that she used to go on Bali Hai at least twice every holiday. How quick everybody seems to put the boot in.
Bali Hai are still employing people which is a lot more than can be said for a lot of other businesses. They are also supporting charitable projects that they do not have to, nor do they expect to benefit from them. They simply do it for the benefit on Bali.
Bali Hai need support as much as anybody else. Admittedly, their staff may not have acted as well as may well have been expected of them on this occasion. However, we also only have Karens word on that. Besides, I very much doubt that any of those putting this company down could ever claim to be 100% perfect themselves.
Wake up and stop the tall poppy syndrome. How about remembering some of the great times Bali Hai have given the tourist to Bali, and the employment they have created over the years.
