Perhaps they will choose not to answer as they consider this to be a "mountains from mole-hills" issue, to which they can only add fuel? Perhaps they have higher priorities at this time, like delivering service, in order to keep people in a job? Or perhaps, they feel they have expended enough of managements valuable time on Kaz, by meeting with her for two and half hours and investigating her complaints. Or perhaps they are putting their energy into addressing any aspects of her complaint that are not a misrepresentation or overstated and as such would demand managements urgent attention. Voucher thing mentioned by Fatbastard sounds very interesting to me. Might turn out to be rather embarrassing for Kaz, if Bali Hai management choose to provide the facts from their perspective. One might imagine that individuals to whom this is really important would contcat the company direct for a less public discussion??? Or perhaps, we will never know. Looks like a storm in Kaz's private teacup to me...
