It's good to read both sides and consider them without flaming everyone. Can't help but feel sorry for Kaz's experience, but Les made a good observation that when people have an initial bad experience (even a minor one) it's amazing how it can snowball and get horribly out of control for the person concerned. Once they are put out, then every slight becomes magnified etc. I've seen this too... Shame.
