Kaz's report seemed to be just that, a report on her trip with Bali Hai, although, after reading more, it seems to be pure slander campaign against Bali Hai. I have never used them so I cant comment but I have heard nothing but great results from others who have used them. Unfortunate her experience, sure, who hasn't had the odd bad experience in Bali. I hope it doesnt persuade, some of the easily persuaded people on this forum to boycott Bali Hai, especially over one incident.
If anyone wants to attack me for my opinions on this I dont care, so go right ahead. I just don't wanna see a good company's name dragged through the mud. My opinion, I am entitled to it.......Kaz's opinion, she is entitled to it too, I sure hope it doesn't affect the reputation of Bali Hai though.....
