why you can not get anyone to quote, albeit based on current rates applicable until 31st March 2003. At least you'd have a reasonable "ball-park" figure to work on and could get your Flights and Accommodation confirmed pending the formal release of costings post 01 April. We have done over 15 quotes in last two days for periods after March; we are also assuring clients that if any specials are either introduced or extended, then they will definitely be given advantage of them. We are also promising that, if prices increase more than 10% and clients decide not to travel, then full deposit paid will be refundable to them. Not drumming-up business mel_oz but would be more than happy to formulate a quote for you at any time and we always guarantee a same-day response to quote requests!
I know it's not the answer you are seeking, but at least it's a bit better than being "fobbed-off".
It's just unfortunate that the lady from GA in Sydney who works on prices is currently on leave, but Pak Suranto, General Manager for Garuda, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia assured me on Christmas Eve that he'll push to have these released very soon.
