while the DFAT warning is at its present level the airlines have reduced services and will not significantly increase them until the warning is relaxed. Until then they cannot embark on a marketing campaign as it would seem to be improper while a warning is in place. The first step is relax the warning, then increase flights along with advertising and pricing incentives.
