hi everyone.We are off to bali next weekend and are staying at the mandira hotel.I was wondering if anyone has stayed there lately and if so could tell me if the hotel had many guests,what the services were like and also was wondering about the surrounding area.I have read in the forum that the numbers seem to be picking up towards the seminyak area.Also what nationalities should we expect to see most of as far as tourists.
We have been to bali many times and we love the island and the people but i must admit i am a little bit scared of standing out totally as one of the few tourists.We usually also take a trip to dempassar to go shopping at ramayanas,gold markets ect. but again am a little bit nervous about the lack of tourists there.Has anyone been into dempassar lately to these places and if so what was it like there?
