Hi Paul, My name is kim Patra, have been living in Bali for 20 years ex Adelaide. Was a medical volunteer on the 13th, and now with a group of other key people have started a foundation code named YKIP (check out the sight yamp.com/balifund). We are working closely with Indo. health Authorities and should not have a problem with the letter that you need. I will contact the team at baliSOS also , to see if we can team up on this one.
