Like you, I know there are people who are not happy to hear from me (you saw a couple of their e-mails I think). Keep trying anyway.
Another approach is to look up a local Rotary branch. I have to say that the branches I have spoken to have been the most helpful people of all. They can open doors - provided you have a plan (and I know you do). So far, I think you have done more research than anyone else.
Don't forger either - Thorsten has posted his plan. I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you borrowed from it to present to a local Rotary or similar group.
