We've eaten there a number of times but as you are staying at Legian, perhaps you need to reconsider.
Transport is always cheap but Sanur is a good 30Mins+ from Legian.
You should generaly speaking be looking at Legian and Kuta.
FYI Mezzanine isn't cheap. It's hotel owned and the prices are mid way between typical street restaurant and Hotel prices.
It is however good enough that when we get married there in Oct that we are having the wedding reception there.
They do have a new chef as of about 3 weeks ago so don't know what he's like but given the previous standard I doubt that they would have slipped.
