I would recommend Bali Too in Melasti Street especially for breakfast. 12,500 rp for buffet breakfast and also Warung 96 (beautiful food and pizza) really cheap. That is in Poppies Lane, just up from the Barong Hotel. Most places are pretty cheap in Bali. Might like to add La Lucciola is in a fabulous location, but a little on the pricey side (for Bali area) although it is 5 star dining. I probably wouldn't waste my money on taking kids there.
