i have been to lembongan in january for the last 3 years, yes some days the weather can be pretty wild but other times u can have 2 or 3 weeks straight with perfect weather. Its the perfect time to go to avoid the crowds as well. The boat ride over can be interesting if the weather is pretty wild. i remember last year catching the village boat back to bali on a day that the big ferries had all cancelled its an experience i wont be forgeting.
