Today has been a very special day at Crisis Care Clinic in Kaliasem -Lovina, we have a multitude of people ( haven't had time to count! )for eye examinations by the Rotary Team of specialists.
As I speak we are testing sight & listing those patients who need eye operations as we go. It's a wonderful feeling of joy & some satisfaction in seeing so many attend this free clinic.
Each patient is also receiving free vitamins & the whole exercise is one of great community spirit & much conversation & laughter rings out in & around our clinic.
We will remember this day with warmth & love.
Tomorrow the first of August, the team & Crisis Care staff will be performing eight operations here in our clinic to return the sight of our patients.
Our President Dr.Gede Handra will also be in attendance as usual & he too will be perfoming an operation to remove a facial tumor from one of our patients.
