Coke normal? It's probably one of the most damaging drinks for the body that is legally available to everyone.
However we are in a democracy so don't let me tell you what to drink.
It's interesting though how after 40-50 years or whatever all over the world people are suddenly realising smoking kills you!
The penny (the one cleaned nice and bright by Coke liquid) will drop one day in relation to ingesting chemicals and user friendly poisons!
For what it's worth and anyone interested in health and vitality I personally mainly drink freshly squeezed fruit juice and purified water using the best domestic equipment available in the world. As a result I have so much energy and vitality it's difficult even wanting to go to bed. However all the extra vitality helps marital relations so I do have motivation to get to bed.
