As a Diet coke drinker I can advise you that you can buy it in most places in Bali but not from every warung. It is not as popular in Bali as regular coke so be prepared for the response "habis" ( sold out!) from time to time.
The taste of coke and diet coke differers in Bali to other places as the beverage in Indonesia is made up like "post mix" in the Amatil factories. What that means is that bottled or canned coke tastes more like the coke available from McDonalds or fast food outlets in your country. I once took a small plastic bottle of coke with me for a taste test to show my Indonesian friends the diference and they preferered the inmported variety!
