Is why a lot of people drink it! Is a "soft drink". But we were talking about Diet Coke. It has no sugar. It has aspartane instead which in itself is bad for some people but that is another story. Aspartane has as many calories as sugar on a weight for weight basis but luckily for people depending on Diet Coke for weight control it is a thousand times sweeter (or there abouts)
It is not a great thing to drink but it is a choice other than water for people on strict sugar control diets.
That is something that you have no right to take away from them.
