I've been in Bali Rani Hotel for about 12 times without ever having any complaints, soo far in my live i've stayed during traveling in about 80 to 90 different hotels. Bali Rani is still one of my favourites, because it is not so big, it is cozy and the staff are just wonderful. The food in Mandarin (Chinese) Restaurant is gorgeous ,the breakfast buffet in Purnama coffeeshop is good enough for me and the balinees coffee in haston cafe (the former: croissants de france) is almost at good as the coffee at home.
Yes in fact i did once had to complain, the airco was broke and i switch to another room the same day, but this can happen everywhere
So guess where i will be end october/start of november?
