We came back from there a couple of weeks ago and could not find anything wrong with the hotel. It is about a 3 and a half star. The staff were friendly and for me I found it out of the way a little as our friends stayed at Kuta Seaview right on the beach in Kuta so we did quite a bit of walking, which is good anyway. If you have stayed there previously you would know what it was like. We had a deluxe poolside room, which was quite large. They don't supply bubble bath or soap, (only in a container on the wall, so if you were having a bath, you couldn't get any soap. Shampoo was in a container on the wall also. They also did not supply face washers, but other than those small faults, could find nothing wrong with the place. The pool was fine. Didn't eat there, so couldn't tell you what the food was like.
