FIFA recently has conducted survey in Seoul and Tokyo to find out the Korean and Japanese attitude towards the upcoming World Cup in their respective countries.

The result of that survey is as follows:

- 60 % respondents REFUSE the World Cup being held in Korea and Japan due to the fear of Hooligan outbrake.

- 40 % respondents PROPOSE to FIFA that the World Cup be relocated to the island of BALI - Indonesia.

FIFA fully understood the fact that Korean and Japanese want the world cup to be held in Bali. However, Sepp Blatter, general-secretary of soccer's governing body FIFA, later announced that the wish of Korean and Japanese citizen could not be fulfilled due to Bali's bad reputations fot its chaos traffic and littered rubish here and there.
