Jill when you get back I'm interested to see if you have a JBR(if your into that).The reason being I may stay at Le Meridien myself on my next business trip (Balivillas have a great package which looks really good value).
Nirwana golf course at Le Meridien as you are obviously aware is the most wonderful course. I like the rice field holes and the links holes around the ocean.The caddies are great too!
My favourite hole is the par three over the ocean near the Tanah lot temple-the one with the big bunker in front of the green on the cliff.
I'll never forget hitting my tee shot across the ocean to six foot from the pin...golfing nirwana...love it! As Toyota says Oh what a feeling!
Bali Country club is very overated but Nirwana is unique! It's not all that far out either.
Ballivillas have restuarant raves on this site which should be helpful.They reckon they take food seriously so it's worth following up. All the best. Happy golfing.
