I really think this is overkill . I have been to Bali many times and only been sick once and that from eating at a big hotel . I have eaten at markets where the food is cooked fresh in front of your eyes, as well as many restaurants and it has been great .You just need to use your eyes and be aware that Bali is not a western country .Buy your water or drink that which the hotel supplies, it is not worth spoiling your holiday by worrying yourself sick about the possibility of getting sick . It is a holiday in a wonderful exciting country and just enjoy!!!
