I usually head off to Prodia in Jl Diponegoro, they have what appear to be set prices and I don't get charged any more than anyone else, an attitude I like.

Tests seem pretty accurate.
More accurate than masuk angin or demam berdarah anyway. You recall I told you I had dengue a few posts ago? The company doc asked me how long I'd been here, about 8 months at that time. He nodded wisely and said "ahhh, belum biyasa disini. Definitely a case of acute masuk angin" or words to that effect. I decided a second opinion (my own) ws required, asked the doc for a referral and took off for Prodia where I asked for some blood tests. Everything came back negative which was very confusing till I found Dr Jelantik. Turns out the company doc had ordered tests for diabetes or something and (I'm no doctor so give me a break here) apparently you don't find what you're not looking for. Jelantik asked for more tests including Malaria and Dengue, and bingo!
Prodia picked it up with the right tests so I have some faith in them, and Jelantik who is/was the man.

All my organs are pretty well used slab (he he) and I can't see anyone wanting to steal one.

Cheers, FB.
