Some advice on Hotels in Seminyak

Has anyone stayed recently at the Bali Holiday Resort (Standard or Superior room) the Resor Seminyak, Hotel Intan Bali or Pelangi Bali Hotel. We are booked for the Pelangi in Oct but I intend to get some prices on these other hotels so if anyone can give me some insight I would appreciate it.
