The drivers I am talking about at 200-250 a day are all good drivers with reliable, insured vehicles.
I always end up tipping the driver at the end of the trip anyway.
All I can say about Burnard's comment is - read the original posting again or get your eyes tested. I don't advocate pressing for a lower price. I was simply passing on a fact about the going rate. What you pay is a matter of personal choice.
