An alternative to the Galleria from where you are staying is Bualu Villge, just outside the Nusa Dua gates.
Here you'll find around a dozen eateries from mexican to seafood, all much cheaper than at the Galleria and comparable to prices at Kuta.
The village also has an abundance of local shops too.
If you have any doubts about getting there (it would only be a ten minute walk from your hotel) ask the hotel concierge.
