I can't imagine that you will have any problems arranging something. Lots of people get married in Bali so the people who arrange things must have struck all sorts of different religious/social requirements.
A friend of mine did the registry in Perth/ceremony in Bali thing a few years ago. He had no problems. He stayed at the Kartika Plaza.
