This NYE day at 12.58 PM I have heard from local FM radio station that all access roads to Kuta would be closed at about 4.00 PM.
So for you any forumite who are now in Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua or somewhere outside Kuta who now visit BTF website, please take it into consideration if you plan to go to Kuta area this evening.Schedule to arrive just before that time, otherwise you will be walking, walking and walking.
