Agree - hydration is critical - drink Gatorade in addition to lots of water (as long as you can drink) as it adds back much needed gastrolytes, etc. that you lose with 'bali belly'. Just experienced this and it worked a treat (I was able to drink lots of water and lemonade, but still managed to dehydrate - Medical Centre told me to drink Gatorade) - don't worry if you do get it, doesn't last long nor ruin the trip!
