As its name intimates, Jimbaran Hills Resort is indeed in the hills. I believe that it is a very fine resort, however, you should consider car hire if you are to stay there for some while. Jimbaran beach is probably 10 - 15 minutes away from the resort by car. The Resort I'm sure offers shuttle services, but you coulld probably check that with RCI.
