We have stayed at the Dynasty and also at the Rani almost across the road a number of times. Both hotels have an excellent doctor on call.
He is very fluent in English and will attend to the hotel at very short notice, at any time day or night, complete with a nurse and equipment. His fee is about Rp150,000 - 200,000 (A$30-40) which includes follow-ups as required.
Just ask or call the hotel reception desk.
