I wish you luck, but actually I doubt whether they would even have a dedicated email address, and even if they did I don't think they'd oblige in the way you need. It all comes back to money I suspect. If you were to front up again, dressed very well, and offered them a few hundred thousand rupiah, you'd get a copy almost instanteously. But you can't do that. I think you'll need to find someone to do it for you. And be prepared to pay, not so much, but something to make it worthwhile for them. Perhaps your "appointed representative" could offer them $20, maybe would have to go higher. I know they should do it as part of their job, etc etc etc, but ... you need something that they can supply, and it will be worth it for you. That's the way it works there. They need to ask, ever so politely, smiling all the time, "how much for a copy of the report to be processed". Maybe there's a forumite regular in Kuta who's prepared to give it a try for you?????
